Weekly Newsletter 

In Math this week, our lessons will include addition and subtraction with three digit numbers, reviewing even and odd numbers, building the 5 times table, and telling time. 

In Reading this week, we will be focusing on the skill determining the central message of a story. In our Magnetic Reading books we will be reading stories that focus on how others can help us learn and grow.

1. In Social Studies, students have finished their Hispanic Heritage project. They did a fantastic job! This week we will begin our unit on Civics. In this unit students will learn new vocabulary, and learn about what it means to be a good citizen in our community. 

• Back to school night is 9/24/25.

• The students have been working so hard on all of their beginning of the year assessments. I am very proud of them and we are close to being done!
