Unit 5 - Ratios & Proportions

Students will find unit rates associated with ratios of fractions, areas, and other quantities in like or different units. Students will expand their knowledge and will decide whether two quantities are proportional that may include ratio tables and graphs. While finding proportions on a graph, students will identify the unit rate (constant of proportionality) and be able to explain (0,0), (x,y), (1,r), where r is the unit rate.
