"These people blew my mind. I thought customer service was a thing of the past but not to these people. When my generator arrived it was damaged by the shipper. I contacted the seller I was asked to send them pictures for them to assess the damage. They drove a new one to me 7 hours one way. I just wanted to say that you are kind and pleasant people you are welcome in my home any time."
