Help Desk Support Request - For those who need assistance fixing their computer, an application, or an other issues that may arise dealing with email, printer, internet, and more.
New User Request - For when a new staff member or volunteer is requesting access to one or more of the following: Email, Server, Shelby, ServiceU, Alarm, or Keycard access.
System Action Request - Requested when a major change is needed, for example, making changes to the server, changes to a workstation such as the wiring or equipment, or even installing or uninstalling applications on a workstation.
