You are joining a big group on a trip. To make sure this will be fun for everyone, we need to make some agreements.

• We are joining this program together and make sure everybody enjoys it.

• You will be on time, every day and every time.

• You are responsible for your own possessions.

• We make sure that our fellow passengers also have a comfortable flight.

• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Everywhere we go, we will leave the place nice and tidy. For example buses, airplanes, classrooms and other areas.

• Every time you leave on your own, make sure the teachers are informed to make sure there are no misunderstandings.

• If there is a problem of any kind, you can contact someone of the staff.

• You make sure that you know what the program is for that day and you make sure that you have the telephone numbers of the staff with you at any time!
