Yarns from multiple packages are transferred to a section beam in the warping process. We ensure   that there are no crossed or loose ends, no high or low selvedge, maintenance of warping speed,  braking systems and uniformity of tension across beams to produce superior quality beam suitable for warping. We use modern Karl Mayer direct warpers and beaming machines which meet the  highest demands on the manufacture of the Top Quality warp beams for weaving.

Sizing is the process of giving a protecting coating on the warp yarn to minimize yarn breakage during the weaving. In order to prevent the thread from sticking together and make the weaving easier. A sizing liquid is applied to the warp. It is then washed out after the weaving. This process facilitates high weaving efficiency and top-quality standards . Cylinder dryers in various arrangements of Karl Mayer, guarantee a rapid and gentle drying of the Yarn.
