The Texhoma speech and debate team continued their success during their second year with 4 out of 5 students advancing to finals at the Oklahoma OSSAA State Championship Tournament. The state finalist team included Tate Skelton, Lily Skelton, Blake McGlasson, and Luke McDaniel. 

Their individual results were as follows:

Additionally, Luke McDaniel qualified for the NSDA National Tournament in HI! Under Lindsay Skelton's leadership, the team placed 3rd at 3A regionals, and placed 3rd overall at the OSSAA State Tournament.
