Disciplinary issues that result in card must be added to RX. You can add a card as a player movement. Simply select the player and the reason for the card with the approximate minute. The Match Day App from RX makes it easy to record these items during the game so you don't need to worry about it after. For more on recording movements in the RX app click here.

Consider this a gentle reminder to get your Book in order for a potential book check happening soon. No idea if it's going to happen, but if it were going to happen it would probably be in early March. ;)

Clubs wishing to move the date of matches need to make sure they request the move prior to the two week window. While there is a $50 late change fee, it is never guaranteed that TRRA can cover the change request. Prior planning really does help. 

Clubs wishing to move KO time or update venue will not be charged a late fee. Please submit those on the Match CAD form so that they can be updated.

Happy New Year!! A great resolution is to be more compliant with team movements and scores. Why wait until Sunday or Monday? Using the Match Day app allows you to record those items during the game and BE DONE. 

Remember- you need to be a Team Admin to be able to see the matches in the app. See directions for adding Team Admins (advise more than one per team) in the 12/6/23 reminder below.

TRRA has supplied a summary of WR Law 3 regarding substitutions. Please click here to view the summary. Teams will be expected to be familiar with the laws and provide appropriate front row eligible players In RX when adding rosters.

Happy Holidays, and good luck to all the teams competing this weekend! We will have a break in competitions and we encourage all clubs to have a safe and productive holiday season. 

Please take note the Eligibility summary in the Eligibility tab to make sure you have are prepared for the Spring season and playoff eligibility. We are waiting on RX to resolve some eligibility reporting issues and will soon populate the report found there. At this point, all multi sided clubs are clear in terms of divisional lock at 66%.

We're seeing a couple of issues in RX after our first weeks of cup matches. When entering player movements and scores in RX please do NOT change the game to Result. While you can change a Fixture to a Result only Admin can change a Result to a Fixture. Even if you think a team is done updating movements and scores they may need to come back in and complete the process. 

RX Admin MUST add themselves as a Team Admin in order to  see fixtures and set rosters on the Match Day App. RX clears out Teams at the end o the season so this will be an annual action item. Please navigate to Administration> User Management> Search yourself> Add yourself as a Team Admin for each team.
