CHOIR CAMP

Ted and Jane Doerr Family Scholarship Fund has been generously gifted by the Doerr family to encourage family participation at camp. Recipients will be two or more members of a family of different generations. Examples: parent and child, grandparent and grandchild.

Ruth Russell Seiwell Memorial Scholarship is a scholarship that has been donated and established in memory of our dear friend, Ruth Seiwell. Ruth was the Handbell Camp Director for many years and a devoted Board member of Choir Camp. Applicants can be anyone who is attending Choir Camp.

How can you support camp and the scholarship fund?

Scholarships are an excellent opportunity to help individuals who have a desire to experience the grace of Christ through music. There is always a need for persons to help defray the cost of Choir Camp. If you or your church are interested in sponsoring a scholarship to Texas Choir Camp, please contact the camp registrar - Catherine Bost via email at registrar2@texaschoircamp.org.

Our scholarships are also funded by the annual auction which is held Tuesday evening at camp. We welcome donations of new or like-new items or experiences. Our newest experiences have included dinner with the Dean and a musical serenade. On the first day of camp there will be a table at registration to receive your donations. With your help, we can continue our tradition to support campers for years to come.
