Room Rate

Our hotel group rate will be honored three days pre/post meeting dates, based on availability. USTA Texas will only reimburse volunteers for Friday and Saturday nights. For any additional nights to be reimbursed, you must receive prior approval. If you choose an upgraded room above the base room, you will be responsible for the additional per night room charges.

Parking 

Self parking is $10 per day for the duration of the event.  As a reminder, USTA Texas does not reimburse for valet parking.
