Current Tewksbury families who are submitting a change of address must also show proof of residency/occupancy to their new Tewksbury residence by providing documents outlined on the Change of Address Requirements Checklist below.

In order for the district to change your address we will need:
New lease, a fully executed purchase and sale with names and new Tewksbury address, or a Mortgage Statement with new address.
Updated drivers license with new Tewksbury address or confirmation email from RMV indicating address has been changed through their website.
Utility bill (electric, gas or cable) with name and new Tewksbury address
If you are residing with another family or individual you may need additional documentation. If the owner of the property is someone other than yourself or spouse then they will be required to attend the video meeting with Central Registration.
