Dear Year 6 children and Parents/Carers

We are delighted that you have been offered a place at Tewkesbury School, joining in Year 7 September 2021. It won’t surprise you to hear that we believe you have made a really good choice in sending your child to our school!

Tewkesbury School is a constantly improving school and one where we care passionately about the rounded development of our young people. The staff and I are ambitious for your children and we hope to work with you over the next few years to realise your hopes and the aspirations for them.

Over the Summer term, our Transition Coordinator, Mrs Lyndsey Woodward, will be contacting the Y6 teachers to gather background information that will ensure that your child is given a supportive and welcoming start to their secondary schooling.

Please also spend time looking at welcome videos and other information in connection with uniform and equipment.
