Step 2｜Quote & 20% deposit
You’ll receive a detailed quote and timeline. Secure your slot with a 20% upfront payment (PayPal).

Step 3｜Draft / Storyboard
Rough layouts and dialogue for your review.

Step 4｜Revisions
Up to two rounds of tweaks to lock the look & message.

Step 5｜Final files & balance
Receive hi-res data (PNG/PDF/PSD, etc.). Settle the remaining fee.

Step 6｜Complimentary gift & aftercare
You’ll receive a small artwork-related thank-you gift.
I also provide free aftercare—guidance on how to use the artwork effectively and a quick post-launch consultation.

Notes: within 7 days of delivery / one short session (15–30 min) / consultation only (additional design work is quoted separately).
Language support: written messages use translation software; an interpreter can join live calls at no extra cost.

Note: To prevent problems during production, 20% of the quoted price must be paid in advance after the quotation has been confirmed. If the production is cancelled for our own reasons, we will refund the full amount. However, please note that no refund will be made if the production is cancelled at the customer's request.
