TheatreFest is one of the largest State Theatre Conventions in the country. In the past, over 2,000 Theatre educators and students have attended this four-day Convention. In addition, the Convention has:
PlayFest - A play competition
DesignFest - A technical competition
FilmFest - A film competition
Scholarship Auditions
Over 350 workshops and events
Featured special artists (Past artists included Angela Lansbury, Bernadette Peters, Jason Alexander)
Over 100 Theatre commercial and educational exhibitors. Commercial vendors from all over the world and college/universities from throughout the United States make up these participants.

Commercial Exhibit Registration

$40 for additional EHO badge
Commercial Exhibitors can still conduct workshops. Workshops are presented on a volunteer basis. TheatreFest does not offer credits or compensation to workshop presenters.

Booth Size - 8′ x 10
8′ high back drape, 3′ high side drape and dividers
One 6' x 30" black skirted table

All aisles and booths will be carpeted in existing hotel carpet
Badges Per 8' x 10' booth
Three personnel badges for Commercial Exhibit Registrants
One personnel badge for Adult/Higher Educational Registrants

4:45pm: Ribbon Cutting
5 pm - 7 pm: Special Wednesday Night Exhibitor Event

7 pm to 8:30 pm: Commercial Exhibitors' Reception (RSVP Required)

The online reservation link will make rooms available for Tuesday, Sept. 30th, through Sunday, October 5th
Lowes has offered us the reduced room rate of $199 plus tax

Valet parking is available at Loews Arlington Hotel at a daily rate of $39. Self-parking is also available for $29 per day with in/out privileges for overnight guests.
How are booths assigned?
Exhibitors that sponsor our Convention bags, badges and T-shirts will be assigned first, then the Exhibits Chair will begin assigning all other Exhibitors.
The Exhibits Chair will send an email to each exhibitor on a first registered and paid basis and ask for the booth preference. To save time, each exhibitor can email the Exhibits Chair after registering and paying for their booth and request a specific booth. Jordan West, TF.exhibits@tetatx.com
Doest TXETA require exhibitors to have liability Insurance?
Yes. TxETA TheatreFest Exhibitors are expected to carry their own Commercial General Liability insurance and shall hold TxETA harmless for any and all damage caused by theft and those perils normally covered by a fire and extended coverage policy.

Select one of the two Membership Levels:
Commercial Exhibitors staying in the Exhibit Hall, only – Select “Commercial Exhibitors”
Commercial Exhibitors wanting access to Convention or all Higher Ed – Select “Adult Member”
Follow all directions and enter all information.
Select the options - Exhibit Booth(s)
Commercial Exhibitors staying in the Exhibit Hall only
Select the first booth at $725
Select any additional booths at $650 each
Fill in Exhibit Hall Pass (badge) info for 3 workers per booth
Select any additional Passes (badges) for workers above three for $40 each and fill in their names.
Adult Exhibitors wanting access to the entire Convention or all Higher Ed (College and University)
Register for the TxETA Membership and full Convention.
Select the first booth for $375.
Select any additional booths at $650 each.
Repeat a separate registration for TxETA Membership and full convention for every booth worker, adult or student.
Step #3
Pay for the TheatreFest Convention.
Step #4
Upon registering for Membership and the Convention, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice. Use this if you did not pay each with a credit card.
Step #5
The final step in the Exhibit process will be to follow the directions sent to you in an email from the Exhibit Chair.
