VISION

To be the leading center of excellence in vocational training and skills development empowering its clients with industry-relevant competencies for employability and fostering economic growth across the Province of Misamis Occidental.

MISSION

Providing high-quality of training services and industry-driven programs responsive to the needs of its clients and industries in the Province.

GOALS

Achieve sustainable increase in skills training programs, broaden accessibility to technical education, enhance SMAW program excellence, fostering community engagement and enhancement of skills training program in agriculture as its top priority.

VALUE STATEMENT
