TESDA Strengthens ECCD Training as RD Carreon Visits the ongoing Competency Assessment
On the last work week of the year, Regional Director Angelina M. Carreon visited the ongoing competency assessment for graduates of the Training of Trainers for Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) NC II, reaffirming TESDA’s commitment to quality training and certification.
The ECCD NC II is part of TESDA’s priority programs, aimed at strengthening the competencies of trainers and ensuring quality early childhood care services through nationally certified professionals.

With gratitude and humble pride, Regional Training Center – NCR is honored to be recognized as Best Training Institution under the Regional and Specialized Training Center Category, in recognition of its excellence in performance and accomplishments for CY 2024, as conferred by the TESDA Organizational Excellence Awards (TOEA) 2025.
The award was formally bestowed during the TOEA Awarding Ceremony held on December 15, 2025, at the TESDA Central Office Auditorium—a meaningful milestone that reflects RTC-NCR’s unwavering commitment to quality, accessible, and industry-responsive skills training.
This honor is a reflection of the shared commitment, passion, and hard work of the RTC-NCR community—our trainers and personnel who lead with excellence, our partners who walk with us, and our trainees who inspire us to continually do better in advancing technical education and training.

TNTI Bags Back-to-Back Best Training Institutions Awards
The TESDA–NavotaAs Training Institute is proud to be recognized as the Best Training Institution under the Provincial Training Center (PTC) Category for CY 2024, conferred by the TESDA Organizational Excellence Awards (TOEA) during the awarding ceremony held on December 15, 2025 at the TESDA Central Office Auditorium.
This milestone marks TNTI’s second consecutive win, following its recognition as Best Training Institution under the Provincial Training Center (PTC) Category for CY 2023.
TNTI continues to raise the bar in delivering quality, accessible, and industry-relevant skills training.
