In the pursuit of “TESDA Abot Lahat” under the directives of Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña, to ensure more effective and efficient TESD Operations, RD Mapandi underscored on her closing message the importance of ensuring the continuity of the agency’s mandate and achievement of targets given that it is high time to transition from crisis mode to a more strategic approach. The Outgoing Officials played a great role through their sustained commitment and significant contributions which enabled their specific operating units/provinces to successfully deliver their programs which affect mainly the increase in the EGAC accomplishments of the entire region.

Indeed, TESDA Caraga has gained a headway in serving the people with quality services.
