The TESDA Provincial Training Center -Agusan del Norte was able to produce 10,000 washable facemasks to be given to the frontliners and other identified recipients. This is an action taken from the directives of TESDA General Director Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña in Memorandum No. 393 series of 2020 and supported by TESDA Caraga Regional Director Ashary A. Banto and TESDA-Agusan del Norte Provincial Director Rey M. Cueva.

November 12, 2020 – 5,000 washable facemasks were initially delivered to the Regional Office as per instruction of the PTC-Agusan del Norte College Administrator II / Center Administrator Designate Abegail B. Eupeña, CpS, MBA. The remaining 5,000 facemasks will follow since the printing and production are on-going.

This is in view of the TESDA 26th-anniversary theme: “Bring Hope in Times of Crisis”. TESDA is committed to producing 5.43M face masks in three months or 1.8M face masks a month. The fund of TESDA was utilized to produce the needed materials for the face masks.

As the country continues to fight the crisis brought by this COVID-19 pandemic, TESDA PTC-Agusan del Norte College Administrator II / Center Administrator Designate Abegail B. Eupeña, CpS, MBA together with the personnel and staff of the Center works hand in hand to extend assistance to our frontliners and fellow citizens.
