Training for Work Scholarship Program

Is a TESDA-initiative that is geared towards “filling up the skills gap and job requirements of priority industries and sectors with high employment demand (i.e. IT, semiconductor and electronics, automotive, etc.)—supportive of the government’s thrust of rapid, inclusive and sustained economic growth.”

RA 11230: "Univerasal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act"

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 11230 o ang Tulong Trabaho Act, ang TESDA ay inatasang magbigay ng libreng skills training na kailangan ng mga industriya. Ito ay isinabatas upang mas palakasin pa ang mga competencies o kakayahan ng mga manggagawang Pilipino.

Sa ilalim ng Tulong Trabaho Law, mabigbigyan ng scholarship ang mga kababayan nating mahigit 15 taong gulang; walang trabaho o hindi nag-aaral; at mga empleyado na gustong ma-develop pa ang kanilang mga kakayahan sa pamamagitan ng mga skills training.

Special Training for Employment Program

Is a community-based specialty training program that seeks to address the specific needs of the communities and promote employment, particularly, through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service oriented activities.
