To access the course, the learners must:
Log-in to their TOP account
For first time users, they will be asked to complete their Account Profile form before they can further navigate the TOP.
Click the "Courses" tab. You may also click this link: https://www.e-tesda.gov.ph/course/
Choose “Social, Community Development and Others”
Click the course “Basic Bookkeeping for SK Treasurers” or this link: https://e-tesda.gov.ph/course/view.php?id=3426
Use the enrolment key provided by TESDA.
The learners must then answer the learner’s form uploaded in the course site. After this, the learners can now take the course.
At the end of the course, learners will be required to answer a summative assessment. You need to get 80% of the questions correctly to pass the test.
Upon the completion of the course, the learners can then generate the Certificate of Completion.
How to Enroll and Access the Course
For those who DO NOT HAVE an existing account:
Create your account by clicking this link: https://www.e-tesda.gov.ph/login/signup.php.
Fill-out all the necessary information needed for your learner's profile. Make sure to input a WORKING email address.
Wait for 10 - 15 minutes for the confirmation email which will be sent to your email address. If you did not receive an email after 1 hour, login using the username and password that you provided in the registration form.
Click on the confirmation link to verify your account.
For those who have an existing account but have forgotten their credentials:
Retrieve your access to your account by going to this link: https://e-tesda.gov.ph/login/forgot_password.php
To reset your password, you must either submit your username or your email address in the field provided. If there is an existing account, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.
Follow the instructions to reset your password.
