Marked by passion and dedication of our OIC-Provincial Director Mr. Samuel C. Falcis  and great teamwork of PTC plus remarkable leadership of LGU Itbayat represented by their Vice Mayor Hon. Ferdinand Asa, another opportunity for skills training program has been implemented to cater the needs of residents of Brgy. Raele headed by their Brgy. Captain Hon. Juvenal Intervalo through strong coordination of our LGU CTEC Ms. Lourdes Ruscel Alcazar.

A scholarship training on Produce Organic Fertilizer (Leading to Organic Agriculture Production NC II) under Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) was realized with the Provincial Training Center as it's training arm with our TESD Specialist II, Mr. Pepe A. Laganan as their trainer. 

Along with the opening program, a Training Induction Program (TIP) was conducted, partial release of allowance and distribution of their scholarship uniforms.

A good leadership, a strong partnership and excellent coordination is all we need to cloak the needs of our constituents.
