From official station, TESDA PO/PTC Batanes crossed high waves of West Philippine Sea for 2 & 1/2 boat ride bound to municipality of Itbayat and travelled 9km by land to reach its farthest and most isolated Local Government Unit, the Brgy. Raele to extend it's programs and services to their community.

Brgy. Captain Hon. Juvenal Intervalo felt thankful as TESDA announced it's upcoming skills training program along agriculture under Special Training for Employment Program (STEP)  packed with allowance and starter toolkits for their constituents.

He became more inspired to serve harder and give hope to their community knowing that our institution showed strong support by attending to their special meeting and discussed possible interventions we may extend to them in partnership with their council.

TESDA never fails to reach the far flung areas...
