After a successful coordination with the Philippine Navy for hauling of our Starter Toolkits, it finally arrived in our province. Said packages contains toolkits from our various programs conducted under our Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) such as Masonry, Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing, Agricultural Crops Production, Carpentry, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, and etc.

Moreover, with the strong support of our armed forces, Philippine Marines and Reservist personnel helped in transportation of packages from Navy Vessel to port then bound to our Provincial Office and for Department of Agriculture - Batanes Experiment Station (DA-BES) for handing us their service truck.

The collaborative effort of Provincial Government of Batanes, Armed Forces of the Philippines and TESDA further proves that if every one moves forward together, then success takes care of itself.
