Cloaked with the great spirit of leadership, the Municipal Mayor of LGU Sabtang Hon. Marcial Armando A. Alavado spearheaded the awarding of Training Certificates and Starter Toolkits of our two programs, Masonry NC II & Overhaul Motorcycle (Leading to Motorcycle / Small Engine Servicing NC II) under our Special Training for Employment Program (STEP).

Said, toolkits and certificates were immediately distributed as  soon as the packages reached its destination to the paradise island muncipality of Sabtang personally delivered by TESDA P.O. Batanes staff bounded by the life principle of our mantra "TESDA Abot Lahat".
