Motivated by strong advocacy of our Provincial SK Federation President eager to push his programs. Hon. Argel Joseph Hortiz reached out to our agency to partner with us for possible skills training for the youth as alternative and/or additional source of income amidst COVID pandemic situation.

And therefore, after thorough coordination of the said activity, it finally came to its realization and held its opening program last Aug. 16, 2021 for a 5-day skills  training followed by vigorous monitoring of its day-to-day activity in line with our policy and guidelines.

Said training composed of 20 committed and dedicated participants with Ms. Ermelyn Castillo  as their resource person and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office to sponsor the program with regards to its supplies and materials, meals and snack, and starter toolkits headed by their department head Mr. Jerome G. Castilllo.
