TESDA staff headed by OIC-Provincial Director, Mr. John Eivor G. Orro, LLB, CPA attends closing program of Community-Based Training (CBT) of Massage Therapy, Hilot Wellness NC II And Basic Of Complementary And Alternative Medicine CBT for devotees of Nuestra Señora Del Rosario of Itbayat Parish. 

With Mr. Rizalito B. Javier, Secretariat of Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Parish as their parish as our resource person and with Rev. Fr. Rolly Olango to supervise and support the entire duration, the training came to realize. Said closing program transpired at Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Chapel despite of its status under construction due to recent struck of strong earthquake that creates numerous ruins of traditional houses of Itbayat including their church.

Rev. Fr. Rolly B. Olango opens the program and delivers inspirational message to the graduates followed by advocacy message of our OIC-Provincial Director to strengthen and enlighten their minds with the new skills they acquire from the recent training conducted.
