Inspired by the "TESDA Abot Lahat", our Government Internship Program (GIP) employee Mr. Romel Baren was sent out to field activity to conduct survey among Brgy. Captains of LGU Batanes according to their priority skills training to address the training needs of every constituents down to barangay level.
