TESDA's Special Day for Special Meeting of Brgy. Captains of 6 Barangays of LGU Basco.

In order to give emphasis in providing avenue to the constituents of Basco in delivering our TVET programs, TESDA Batanes Provincial Office attended a special meeting of the Association of Barangay Captains of LGU Basco

The meeting was held at Barangay Chanarian Session Hall, Basco, Batanes on April 5, 2021 with Mr. Charlie Clarence G. Asa from Technical Unit or our Provincial Office as representative to the said session.

The ABC Municipal Federation President Hon. Franklin F. Redondo, being the presider, after tabling their calendar of business with regards to the uprising pandemic situation, he acknowledged our presence and recognized our strong intention of partnering with their association in addressing the needs of the community with regards to programs.

Municipal ABC Chairperson Hon. Franklin Redondo-Brgy. Kaychanarianan (person in dark blue face mask) imparts his training propels to the council while Provincial ABC Chairperson Hon. Benigno B. Cobico – Brgy. Kayhuvokan (seated on the edge of the table) seconded the three (3) hard trade skills that every household needs to acquire. The rest are members of the association and Barangay Captains of Brgy. Kayvaluganan, Brgy. San Antonio, Brgy. San Joaquin and Brgy. Chanarian respectively

Mr. Charlie Clarence G. Asa (person in black jacket) expresses our vision and mandate in partnering with the council for successful execution of the proposed programs for the benefit or their constituents.
