GOALS

1. To provide quality Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) relevant to changing industry needs;

2. To increase the institution's research productivity and innovation and revitalize its extension services;

3. To sustain viable income-generating projects (IGPs) and entrepreneurship development programs; and

4. To improve service quality and clientele satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES

1. To enhance the teaching and learning process by integrating technology and ensuring the availability of high-quality facilities and equipment;

2. To establish, expand, and strengthen partnerships and linkages;

3. To formulate research policies and initiate research programs for faculty members' continuing professional development;

4. To plan and implement extension services and community involvement programs; and

5. To ensure competent and efficient work processes for prompt service and quality output.
