Organizational Structure

ANAS has a total of 37 plantilla positions as per Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP) with 5 unfilled and currently on recruitment process. From the 37 Regular Plantilla Positions, five (5) were designated heads of the departments in General Administrative, Instruction, Research and Extension, Production, and Student Services composing the Management Committee.

Also, with the implementation of TC 049 s. of 2019 re: Implementing Guidelines on the New TVET Governance Ecosystem and Memo 332 s of 2019 re: Creation of the TTI Advisory Council, the eight (8) members of the advisory council composed of representatives from the Government, Economic Sector and Academe is included in the Organizational Structure as shown in Figure 2. For ANAS, the representative from the Arteche Farmers Association chairs the TTI Advisory Council while two (2) from Eastern Samar State University-Arteche Campus, the Municipal Planning and Development Officers of LGU Oras and LGU Arteche and the President of the Civil Society Organizations of Oras, serves as Members.
