Join God as He wakes up the American church and raises up an army that is committed to:
After Jesus was crucified for our rebellion against the Father, died, was buried, and rose from the dead, He met with His disciples and said to them, “All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” [Matthew 28.18-20 (BSB)]
Since the disciples were commanded to teach others to obey all that Jesus commanded, this Matthew passage applies to every Christian believer today as much as it did to the original eleven disciples.
In the book of John, Jesus said, “If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.” [John 14.15 (BSB)] In the next chapter of John, Jesus said, “If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. I have told you these things so that My joy may be in you and your joy may be complete.” [John 15.10-11 (BSB)]
We love Jesus and want to obey His commandments and be filled with His joy. We also want others to experience His joy. So we help people fall in love with Jesus and obey His commandments so they too can be filled with His joy.
