We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Portfolio Manager to manage and grow Temple Investments' private wealth book, delivering bespoke investment solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Ghana. The ideal candidate will combine strong investment acumen with exceptional relationship management skills, crafting tailored strategies that reflect each client's financial goals, risk profile, and time horizon. This role sits at the heart of Temple's private wealth offering, requiring deep knowledge of domestic and international asset classes, the ability to translate market insights into clear and actionable portfolio decisions, and a genuine commitment to building long-term client trust.
The Portfolio Manager will work closely with the CIO to ensure all mandates are executed in line with Temple's investment philosophy and regulatory standards.
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for investment advice and portfolio management.
Develop and implement bespoke investment strategies tailored to each client's financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizon across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and deliver clear, professional performance reporting that keeps clients informed and confident in their investment outcomes.
Identify and convert new private wealth mandates, supporting business development efforts in coordination with the Executive Operations team.
Work closely with the CIO to ensure portfolio construction aligns with Temple's house views, investment guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Must have passed the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute (GISI) examination. CFA qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in private wealth management or portfolio management, with a demonstrated track record of managing high-value client relationships.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international asset classes relevant to Ghanaian private wealth clients, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build, retain, and deepen relationships with discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
