On October 11, 2024, Temple University observes a wellness day for students. Wellness days are for setting aside time to rest , recharge, and find some balance mid-way through the Fall semester. This site offers some resources, tools, and graphics to help students connect with well-being today...and beyond!
There are eight weeks left in the semester - from October 14th to December 6th. This guide is designed to enhance your holistic well-being along the eight dimensions of wellness. Find what works and feel free to discard what doesn't.

Based on cognitive-behavioral approaches, the app can help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression. There is also additional support to improve your resilience and public speaking skills. It can be used alone or as a complement to psychotherapy.
