Each fall semester, Temple University observes a wellness day for students. Wellness days are for setting aside time to rest , recharge, and find some balance mid-way through the semester. This site offers some resources, tools, and graphics to help students connect with well-being today...and beyond!
There are eight weeks left in the semester - from October 14th to December 6th. This guide is designed to enhance your holistic well-being along the eight dimensions of wellness. Find what works and feel free to discard what doesn't.
Self-care and cultivating well-being is truly about building a life you don't feel the need to escape from. It does not need to include spending money or buying anything extra. It's a lifelong process where you get to learn about yourself as you change and grow.
Be well, Owls 🦉 you're worthy of a life of happiness and joy.
Explore mindful self-compassion as a tool for stress management and finding peace. Practice speaking to yourself as
you would a dear friend or loved one.
