About Me
I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my fifth year teaching at Temecula Preparatory School (TPS). After four years of teaching fourth grade here at TPS, I am excited to transition to sixth grade this year with a focus on English Language Arts instruction. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English from University of California, Irvine and a Master's Degree in Reading, Language, and Literature from California State University, San Marcos. Previously, I worked in professional motorsports public relations and communications with several NASCAR teams. I am passionate about language and literacy instruction, particularly the craft of writing. I look forward to building a learning community in our classroom where lessons are engaging and fun...and expectations are high!
