TEMA Educational Workshops
Through these workshops you will sit at a table of peers and work through different scenarios. This is an opportunity to learn with and from eachother.
Stakeholder Development through Story-Telling
- Without stakeholder's projects do not always get off the ground. In this workshop you will learn the importance of stakeholders and how to manage them accordingly. We will also discuss the importance of using story-telling to your advantage to encourage your stakeholders to champion projects and programs. You will work with the group at your table to go through various scenarios of managing stakeholders to promote your evolving program.
Project Development and Financing
- You have a policy, you track utility/commodity spend, you conducted an energy audit, now what? In this session you will go through a mock scenario based on given expectations, data and performance information, and energy audit findings to develop a project and figure out how different financing options will enable you to move the project forward or stop it right away. This will all be developed at your table, where you will also figure out how the stakeholders in the first workshop may handle your proposed project.
Project Presentation
- After a series of discussions and group work, your table will present your final work to the rest of the group.
The goal of this event is to bring energy managers together to learn best practices and have some great networking time.
