Remote Desktop Help guide

Please use the guide below if you are having issues with the TCS Remote desktop. RDP clients are available on other platforms including iOS, Android and Linux however are unsupported. 

If you are experiencing issues with TCS Remote desktop, please contact Systems Support (help@teignmouthsecondary.on.spiceworks.com). Please include details about the device you are using , the operating system you are using along with your internet upload/download speed (which can be found out here - www.speedtest.net). Any additional information such as screenshots will be useful in helping diagnose the issue.
