  • What to do when things go wrong. We are learning how to make smart decisions online when something doesn’t seem right
  • Know your school's process for seeking help
  • Know not to respond to the communication or behaviour when something goes wrong
  • Capture evidence of any communications e.g. take a screenshot, flag the email, bookmark a link, share a link
  • Share evidence with three trusted people e.g. forward email with attachment and/or links
