- Know your school's process for seeking help
- Know not to respond to the communication or behaviour when something goes wrong
- Capture evidence of any communications e.g. take a screenshot, flag the email, bookmark a link, share a link
- Share evidence with three trusted people e.g. forward email with attachment and/or links
