Miss Samantha Cheng graduate from University of Oxford Brookes, UK in 2016 and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2017. She then read law and completed her Pupillage with Mdm. Tee Bee Kim of Messrs Tee Bee Kim & Partners before she was called to the Bar in 2018. 

Upon completing her pupillage, Miss Samantha joined Messrs Neo & Partners as Legal Assistant until she joins the firm in February 2022 and was admitted as the Partner of the firm since mid-2022. Miss Samantha’s exposure to Conveyancing Practice while she was with Messrs Tee Bee Kim & Partners and exposure to Civil Litigation Practice while she was with Messrs Neo & Partners made Miss Samantha a legal practitioner equipped with very versatile skillset and promising capabilities to resolve compilated, cross-practice challenges. 

Samantha’s area of practice is in Dispute Resolution (Civil Litigation) and she is experienced to handle debt recovery, tenancy related matters and also commercial disputes.

Miss Chang Wai Leng graduate with a Second-Class Honours degree from University of London and subsequently completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2021. She commenced her pupillage with Mr. Rafik of Messrs Rafik Rahem & Associates before she was called to the Bar in 2022. 

Upon completing her pupillage, Miss Chang Wai Leng joined Messrs Tee Wei Fong & Co as a Legal Associate.  Miss Chang Wai Leng works closely with the partners, Mr. Tee Wei Fong and Ms. Chang Poh Nee and her area of practice involves real estate law, commercial & conveyancing matters, banking & finance matters and also probate & estate administration.

Gan Mei Yan Sarah joined Messrs Tee Wei Fong & Co. in December 2022 as a legal associate after completing her pupillage at Messrs Seah Balan Ravi & Co where she was exposed to various fields of the law including commercial disputes, matrimonial disputes and estate administration. 

Sarah read law in Cardiff University, Wales, UK and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2021 with a 2nd lower classification and was also awarded the Book Prize for Criminal Procedure Code. 

Sarah’s area of practice includes real estate, commercial & conveyancing, banking & finance, handling non-contentious litigation files as well as advising & drafting of business agreements.
