In accordance with Ohio Senate Bill 29, K-12 staff requesting Digital Tools for student use within the district must ensure these tools comply with established student data privacy standards.
Please note: Ohio Senate Bill 29 has imposed certain restrictions on the use of software and digital tools in K-12 classrooms. These restrictions may affect your ability to utilize certain applications or features.
Please be advised the vetting process for new Digital Tool requests may range from as little as two days to several months, depending on the vendor. For some vendors who have already been vetted by other districts, the approval timeline may be shorter. However, for vendors who have not previously established a data privacy contract, the process may require additional time to negotiate and complete a new Student Data Privacy Agreement (SDPA).
Below is the current listing of resources vetted or in the process of being vetted.
For new resources: please complete the SDPA Request form to begin the process.
