A. Refunds will be provided for SBU tickets which we can confirm have not yet expired. Refunds will only be paid in cash, and only in person from the TechShop Front Desk.

Q. Can I get a refund on SBUs that I took recently ?

A. If you have taken an SBU between the 4th - 31st January 2020, you are eligible for a refund. You are eligible for a refund for any SBUs taken after 1st January 2020.

Q. Can I get a refund on my enrollment registration fee ?

A. Since your enrollment fee was to pay for the printing of your membership card, your registration and so on, we regret that we cannot offer a refund for this fee.

Q. When is the last date that I can receive a refund ?

A. Refunds will not be issued any later than 29th February 2020.

Q. Can I get a refund on my corporate membership vouchers ?

A. If you have unused vouchers which have not yet expired, please contact the staff member in charge of your account to arrange your refund.

Q. Until when can I use TechShop's storage? By what date do I need to remove my possessions?

A. Please remove all of your possessions from our storage by the closing of business on 29th February 2020. This includes from our lockers.

Q. Can I still take SBUs scheduled for February ?

A. Yes, but refunds will not be issued for any SBU classes taken in February. These classes are being conducted on the understanding that you are aware of TechShop's closure. However, if you have already paid for an SBU which you have not yet taken, you are eligible for a refund if you no longer wish to take the class.

Q. Can I enroll as a member even after January 31st 2020 ?

A. We regret that we are not accepting any new memberships after 31st January 2020.
