SadeDora Rogers is a results-oriented professional with significant experience in leadership, process improvement, and financial administration, contributing her expertise to RoGo Acres LLC, notably in its involvement with the Energize Affordable Housing project. She has a proven track record of managing teams of up to 14 employees, where she has overseen complex workloads, staffing, and ensured stringent quality control. Her key strengths include spearheading major software and process overhauls, developing and implementing impactful training programs, and streamlining reporting mechanisms for enhanced efficiency.
SadeDora's background also encompasses direct experience in accounts receivable management, transaction accounting, and contributing to policy determination. Notable accomplishments include successfully leading a team through a critical software transition for correspondence scanning processes, developing a training curriculum that contributed to her team winning the 2023 Civil Servant of the Year Award, and overseeing the processing of substantial waiver granted proceeds exceeding $850,000. A skilled collaborator and communicator, SadeDora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science from Christian Brothers University.
Manager
Davin Rogers is a dynamic and multifaceted professional bringing to RoGo Acres LLC a rich blend of technical expertise, leadership in sustainable development, and extensive experience in training and employee development. His significant tenure at Medtronic, Inc., he has progressed to Destructive Analysis Lab Team Lead. His role is pivotal in ensuring product quality through meticulous analysis while also championing employee growth via Employee Resource Groups as Communications Chair for the Twin Cities African Descent Network Hub. Davin demonstrated a proven ability in designing, developing, and delivering impactful virtual and in-person training programs on diverse topics such as communication skills, diversity and inclusion, and conflict resolution. He adeptly created effective training materials aligned with adult learning principles and collaborated with subject matter experts and community organizations to develop a new onboarding program that demonstrably reduced new hire attrition.
Concurrently, Davin has demonstrated impactful entrepreneurial leadership. As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Research and Development at Green Tech Touch (since June 2013), he drives initiatives in energy efficiency and spearheads sustainable community development projects for rural underdeveloped communities, focusing on fostering socio-economic growth and environmental synergy. Through techpeople.solutions (Owner Operator since January 2021), he provides vital technology solutions, network management, media editing, and technical assistance, notably partnering with affordable housing projects to enhance their energy and communications policies and services.
