I will ALWAYS ask for permission before posting/showcasing your purchased commision! IF you do give me perms to post, I will ALWAYS make sure I post the watermarked version to avoid theft!

Please be mindful about the fact that I am a student and I may not always be free to work on commissions due to school!

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

1 - All GFXs that are made can be used for both personal and commercial use. If you post your GFX on any socials, I recommend posting the watermarked version to avoid any art theft.

2 - I only accept payments before or whilst I am in the MIDDLE of making the GFX. I do not take payments after the GFX is finished to avoid any scams on both of our ends. (WILL SEND PROOF OF WORKING ON THE GFX IF NECESSARY!!)

3 - I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU IF.... 

• You are disrespectful/rude or hateful to myself or my work.

• You are impatient or rushing me to finish.

• You refuse to pay upfront. (One, full payment, BEFORE or HALFWAY through the GFX.)

• You refuse to pay agreed price.

•  You ghost me. (example; if we agree on a price and I start working on the GFX and you haven't paid yet and stop replying.)

4 - I do not support layered clothing; rigging gets very buggy with layered clothing so PLEASE only give me an avatar to work with that has ONLY classic clothing on!

5 - I do not offer refunds in most circumstances.

6 - TAX. (read below)

* Please be aware that I charge tax! Roblox taxes 30% (see below) and I would like to still have the full amount I worked for.

How do you calculate the tax? Example: You buy an ADVANCED gfx commision for 250 robux. Roblox taxes 30% for MARKETPLACE purchases which means you would pay that 30% of robux on top of your commision cost. In this case the total would be 359 robux.

PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN THROUGH A T-SHIRT IN MY GROUP ! 

7 - I don't offer large changes (ex props, themes, colors of bg etc) after your order is finalized and sent!

8 - Commissioned work is NOT to be resold or used on merchandise/claimed as your own work.

9 - YOU MUST KNOW 100% THAT YOU HAVE THE ROBUX BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME. DO NOT FILL OUT A FORM AND THEN SAY YOU DON'T HAVE THE ROBUX! (please and thank you :D )

Please be aware that I do have the right to refuse service anytime you make me uncomfortable, you cross my boundaries, or don't follow my Terms Of Service.
