This is a type of swing disc valve fitted with a diffuser unit. This valve is suitable for both vacuum and pressure conveying system. The lapped disc and seat provides complete shut off in closed condition. In an open condition the diffuser unit helps to convey the ash in a fluidized condition, thus ensuring a high discharge rate. The ruggedly built Diffuser Feeder Valve offers optimum performance and maximum reliability.
It can also be fitted with a spring loaded action for automatic closure of valve if the pneumatic pressure is low.
