Welcome to Cleaner Plus (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleaner Plus mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cleaner Plus solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
By using the App, you agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the App.
Not misuse the App in ways that may harm its performance, other users, or our services.
Provide accurate information if you contact us for support.
Cleaner Plus is designed to help you free up storage, remove duplicate files, and optimize your iPhone’s performance. While we strive to provide accurate results, we do not guarantee that all duplicates, junk files, or issues will be identified or removed. You are solely responsible for reviewing scan results before deletion.
If the App offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or App Store policy.
All rights, title, and interest in Cleaner Plus, including its design, features, logos, and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Cleaner Plus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of Cleaner Plus, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or through our official channels. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
