Welcome to Servyo Partner!
By downloading, installing, registering on, or using our application (the "Partner App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions as a registered Service Provider / Partner ("Partner", "you", "your"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing or using the Partner App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use the Partner App.
To register and operate as a Partner on Servyo:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in your jurisdiction.
You must possess valid identity proof, relevant licenses, certifications, or permits required to perform your declared services (e.g., driving license, professional certifications).
You agree to undergo background checks, identity verification, and document submission as requested by Servyo.
To accept and fulfill service requests, you must create and maintain an active Partner Account.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and updated personal, professional, and bank details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Servyo reserves the right to suspend or reject any account that fails verification, violates these terms, or misuses the platform.
The Partner App is designed to connect service professionals (drivers, chefs, cleaners, gardeners, technicians, etc.) with customers seeking household and professional services.
By using the Partner App, you agree to:
Provide services in a professional, safe, timely, and courteous manner.
Use the App for lawful purposes only and comply with all local, state, and national laws.
Collect and process customer location/data strictly for fulfilling accepted bookings and not store or misuse customer personal information.
Not reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to hack any part of the App.
Maintain professional hygiene, wear appropriate attire/ID (if applicable), and follow standard safety protocols during service delivery.
The Partner App requires access to your device’s Location Services (including background location when active/on duty) to match you with nearby customer requests, track job progress, and ensure customer and partner safety.
By going "Online" or accepting jobs in the App, you grant Servyo permission to track and share your real-time location with customers for the duration of the service request.
You retain full autonomy as an independent service provider to accept or reject job requests.
Once a request is accepted, you are expected to complete the service reliably as agreed with the customer.
Payments, commissions, platform fees, and payouts will be processed according to Servyo’s prevailing payout terms and schedule.
The Partner App may integrate navigation maps, payment gateways, SMS gateways, and third-party tools.
Servyo is not responsible for third-party network outages, GPS inaccuracies, or external service delays beyond our reasonable control.
All logos, designs, software, trademarks, and content within the Partner App are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors.
You grant Servyo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your public profile, ratings, reviews, and service photos to customers on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Partner Account at any time without prior notice if:
You breach these Terms and Conditions.
You receive consistent poor ratings, safety complaints, or fraudulent activity reports from customers.
You fail background verification or submit forged documents.
Servyo acts as a technology platform connecting independent service providers with customers.
Servyo is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or dispute arising between you and the customer during service fulfillment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servyo, its officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your services, misconduct, or violation of these terms.
