1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. User Roles and Accounts
To access key features of the App (such as posting jobs or applying for work), users must create an account and select a role:
- Employer (seeking roofing services)
- Worker/Contractor (providing roofing services)
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or provides false information.
4. App Usage & Code of Conduct
The App is designed to connect roofing contractors/workers with employers who need roofing services.
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App for lawful, industry-appropriate purposes only.
- Comply with all local, state, and national regulations, including licensing and safety laws related to roofing and construction.
- Provide accurate, truthful profile information, skills, and qualifications.
- Not upload or share offensive, illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App.
5. Verification and Documents
Workers and employers may be requested to upload identification or professional documents to verify their profile. While we strive to maintain a trusted environment, Hire Roofer does not guarantee the credentials, licensing, safety standards, or quality of work of any registered contractor or employer.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Boosts
Hire Roofer uses Stripe to process payments for premium services such as profile boosting and subscription plans.
- Payments are handled securely through the Stripe SDK.
- You agree to pay the fees for any subscriptions or boosts you purchase.
- All subscriptions and boosting plans will renew or expire based on the selected package unless deactivated in settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and features in the App are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name / Techflux Solutions] or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of any personal portfolio images or descriptions submitted, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and anonymized license to use this data to enhance App performance and user experience.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Users can delete their account and request deletion of their associated data at any time directly through the Settings menu inside the App, or by contacting our support team. Once deleted, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide a platform for connection, but we are not a contracting agency or employer. We are not liable for:
- Any damage, loss, accident, or injury arising from contractor-employer interactions or roofing site operations.
- Quality of roofing workmanship, project delays, or payment disputes between parties.
- Delays, errors, or service interruptions within the App.
