Stone quiet may not be the best way to go, add (or find a place with) a little background noise to your set the tone for your study session.
Practice your problems. Find quizzes and simulations that address weak points in your knowledge.

Make a routine of finding a different place to study.
The best way to learn something, is to TEACH it to someone else.
Put it on your Calendar. Write out a weekly / monthly study schedule where you can set aside time on a regular basis for study.
