Cleaning and property care

I coordinate cleaning teams, check on properties and handle many routine maintenance needs myself. When specialist work is needed, I coordinate with local tradespeople.

Clear owner accounting

Platform payouts go directly to you. I send an itemized monthly invoice for management services.

Certified, local, and on call - I live centrally in the county and visit every property twice a month.
