Paid Time Off

PTO must be requested and approved by both the GM and Supervisor. There must be store coverage for PTO to be approved. All requests must be turned in at minimum 2 weeks before the requested dates. If the employee calls off their scheduled work day before or after PTO then PTO will NOT be paid out.
