「2+3」模式

  • 我們在啟導技巧方面提供協助,包括邀請伙伴學校老師參與我們的培訓及發展工作坊,並採用「2+3」模式,確保在「啟導友師」的兩年直接駐校介入後,學校能於其後至少三年延續計劃。

  • 「2+3」模式代表著學校將會承諾投放資源與「教育無邊界」合作,在「啟導友師」全職駐校兩年後,在其後最少三年亦會讓我們監督計劃在學校的實行情況,以確保其成效。


兩年:

  • 「教育無邊界」的學生啟導及教育支援計劃為期兩個學年。

  • 兩名啟導友師受訓後會獲派到伙伴學校,為學生提供啟導活動及學習支援;計劃期間,啟導友師會一直得到「教育無邊界」的支援與指導。

  • 啟導友師的職責是直接參與學生的學習,以及透過度身訂做的啟導活動、教育支援及指導,提升學生的學習動機及改善他們的學習態度。

  • 啟導是計劃的組成部分及重要元素: 啟導友師會為有明確需要的學生進行個別或小組形式的啟導活動。

  • 「教育無邊界」採取的模式強調小班、多元化及非傳統的學習經歷。

  • 全部現有計劃的指定學科為英文。 啟導友師會利用英語作為媒介與學生互動。


三年:

  • 為期兩年的計劃完成後,學校及「教育無邊界」將協力制訂一個可持續發展的方案框架,讓伙伴學校延續計劃。學校會在其後最少三年繼續投放資源,幫助學生建立持久的改變以及將啟導關係融入學校體系中。「教育無邊界」亦會在這三年間繼續 支援學校及監督計劃成效。

  • 「教育無邊界」不會就計劃向伙伴學校收費,但學校有可能需要就啟導友師的啟導活動承擔行政費用。

“2+3” model :

  • We assist mentoring skill development by inviting teachers of Partner Schools to join our training and development workshops, as well as adopt a “2+3” model to ensure our Partner Schools would sustain our program for at least three years after the two years of direct TUF Mentor intervention.

  • The “2+3” model signifies the commitment up front that the schools will devote resources to work alongside TUF during our two-year intervention, and then for at least the following three years after, allow us to monitor their work on sustaining TUF’s approach in the school’s work with students.


Two-year :

  • The TUF Mentoring and Education Support Program last for two academic years.

  • Two full-time Program Mentors, who are trained and supported by TUF throughout the course of the program, are placed in schools to provide mentoring and education support to their students.

  • Program Mentors involve directly in the students’ learning, and through their customized mentoring, coaching and education support programs, to enhance the students’ learning motivation and attitudes.

  • Mentoring is an integral part and the quintessence of the program. Program Mentors conduct one-on-one and small group mentoring activities for students with demonstrated needs.

  • TUF approach focuses on small group, dynamic and non-conventional learning experiences.

  • English has been the chosen subject for all current and previous projects, through which our Program Mentors interact with their students.


Plus Three-year :

  • The school and TUF work closely together to develop a sustainable program framework to continue of the program in the school after the two-year program. In effect, school will commit for at least the subsequent three years to progressively deploy its personnel resources to build durable impact on students and integrate mentorship approach into the school system. The entire process would be supported and monitored by TUF to facilitate success.

  • The program is offered to TUF’s Partner Schools at NO costs, with the exception of possible administrative expenses associated with the learning activities organized by Program Mentors.
